Dit productiebedrijf opereert binnen de procesindustrie en levert chemische producten en industriële grondstoffen voor de landbouw en diverse productiebedrijven, waarbij veiligheid en milieu centraal staan in de uitvoering van alle werkzaamheden. De organisatie werkt op een industriële locatie in Geleen en voert continu productie, procesbewaking en kwaliteitscontroles uit om een constante productkwaliteit te waarborgen. Medewerkers werken in teams binnen een vijfploegendienst en volgen duidelijke procedures voor overdracht, registratie en meldingen van afwijkingen. De dagelijkse werkzaamheden omvatten het bedienen van installaties, het uitvoeren van controles en het ondersteunen bij onderhoud en storingsanalyse, met nadruk op veilig en verantwoord handelen binnen de gestelde normen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt productie-installaties en controleert procesgegevens. - Je voert start-, stop- en overdrachtsprocedures uit en bewaakt continu de productkwaliteit. - Je signaleert afwijkingen, neemt corrigerende acties en rapporteert processtoringen. - Je werkt volgens veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften en draagt bij aan veilige werkprocedures. - Je ondersteunt bij preventief onderhoud en werkt samen met technische teams voor storingsanalyse. - Je stelt procesparameters en recepten in via het DCS/PLC systeem en voert parameteraanpassingen door binnen vastgestelde grenzen. - Je voert eerste lijns storingsanalyse en klein onderhoud uit en schakelt technische dienst of eng.

- Operator B diploma. - Enkele jaren ervaring in een procestechnische omgeving of vergelijkbare functie. - Bereidheid om te werken in een vijfploegendienst volgens het 2-2-2 rooster. - Hoog veiligheidsbewustzijn en besluitvaardigheid. - Communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om samen te werken. - Stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit bij wisselende productieomstandigheden. - Inzicht in procesbewaking, rapportage en kwaliteitscontrole.
