The posting

Graag actief bezig in een moderne productieomgeving waar techniek, recyclage en procesindustrie samenkomen?

Voor een nieuwe PIR recycling plant in Wevelgem zoeken we een Field Operator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt op de werkvloer en energie krijgt van een omgeving die volop in ontwikkeling is.

Geen job waar je acht uur naar hetzelfde knopje kijkt dus. Wel een functie met afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en veel beweging op de site.

Functieomschrijving

Als Field Operator zorg je mee voor een vlotte werking van de recyclinginstallatie.

Je ondersteunt het productieproces, volgt procedures correct op en grijpt in waar nodig om de continuïteit van de installatie te garanderen.

Je voert staalnames uit van grondstoffen en tijdens het productieproces zodat kwaliteit en procescontrole gegarandeerd blijven.

Daarnaast zorg je voor het correct aanleveren van grondstoffen en ondersteun je bij het laden en lossen van goederen binnen de plant.

Een typische werkdag?

Je controleert installaties, voert veiligheidsrondes uit en houdt de werkvloer proper en overzichtelijk.

Ondertussen hou je het productieproces mee draaiende en ondersteun je collega’s bij operationele taken of voorbereidende onderhoudswerken.

Bij mechanische procesproblemen help je mee zoeken naar oplossingen samen met techniekers en collega operators.

Geen puur uitvoerende rol dus. Wel eentje waar je alert blijft en actief meewerkt aan een veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Je werkt in een 2 ploegenstelsel, wat zorgt voor afwisseling en extra verloning.

  • Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken

Een diploma is hier minder belangrijk dan inzet, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en goesting om mee te bouwen aan een nieuwe installatie.
