The posting

Als Field Process Engineer zit je niet de hele week achter een bureau. Je bent juist daar waar de techniek gebeurt: in het eigen testcentrum in Sprang-Capelle én bij klanten over de hele wereld.

Je werkt met hoogwaardige thermovormmachines en matrijzen voor de verpakkingsindustrie. Nieuwe toepassingen worden getest, processen worden geoptimaliseerd en uiteindelijk zorg jij ervoor dat alles bij de klant goed en efficiënt draait.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Proefdraaien, testen en optimaliseren van thermovormmatrijzen - Instellen en finetunen van machines en procesparameters - Installeren en in bedrijf stellen van matrijzen bij internationale klanten - Analyseren en oplossen van technische en procesmatige storingen - Verbeteren van cyclustijden, kwaliteit en processtabiliteit - Adviseren van klanten over het optimale productieproces - Trainen en begeleiden van operators bij klanten - Samenwerken met engineering, productie en andere technische specialisten

Geen project is hetzelfde. De ene keer onderzoek je in Sprang-Capelle hoe een proces nóg efficiënter kan draaien, de andere keer sta je bij een klant in het buitenland om een nieuwe toepassing succesvol in productie te krijgen.

Je bent technisch sterk, maar vindt het minstens zo leuk om die kennis daadwerkelijk in de praktijk toe te passen. Een machine analyseren, testen, aanpassen en pas tevreden zijn wanneer het proces écht goed draait: daar krijg jij energie van.

- Heb je ervaring binnen machinebouw, procesengineering of een technische productieomgeving - Kun je technische storingen analyseren en praktisch oplossen - Ervaring met kunststoffen, thermovormen, matrijzen of automatisering is mooi meegenomen - Spreek je goed Nederlands en Engels - Vind je het leuk om internationaal te reizen en regelmatig bij klanten op locatie te werken
