En tant que Field Service & Application Engineer, vous êtes responsable du suivi technique et chimique des installations de traitement des eaux chez des clients industriels. Vous combinez service, maintenance, montage, prélèvements d’échantillons et conseil technique. Vous développez une relation à long terme avec un portefeuille de clients attitrés. Après une formation approfondie, vous intervenez de manière autonome chez les clients de votre région et devenez un interlocuteur technique clé pour ceux-ci.

Vos responsabilités comprennent notamment :

  • Effectuer la maintenance préventive, diagnostiquer les pannes et réaliser les réparations des installations de traitement des eaux.
  • Assister vos collègues lors d’interventions complexes ou urgentes.
  • Participer au montage, à l’installation et à la mise en service des installations de traitement des eaux sur site, en collaboration avec l’équipe projet.
  • Assurer à intervalles réguliers le suivi de la chimie de l’eau chez les clients en prélevant des échantillons, en réalisant des analyses et en interprétant les paramètres importants.
  • Fournir des conseils techniques sur la base de vos constatations et formuler des recommandations visant à optimiser le traitement de l’eau, notamment en matière de maîtrise de la corrosion, de prévention du calcaire et des dépôts, ainsi que de traitement biocide.
  • Rapporter les travaux effectués et les résultats d’analyse de manière claire et structurée et maintenir la documentation technique à jour.
  • Collaborer avec les différents départements (back-office, sales, etc.) afin d’offrir un service optimal à nos clients.
  • Développer une connaissance approfondie de l’environnement technique et des processus de traitement de l’eau de vos clients attitrés.
  • Être l’interlocuteur technique de référence et contribuer à l’optimisation continue des installations.
  • Toujours respecter les règles et prescriptions en matière de sécurité et de qualité.
