Wat houdt de functie Field Service Engineer in?

  • Als Service Engineer Automatisatie speel je een sleutelrol bij de installatie en opstart van automatiseringsprojecten bij klanten.
  • De verantwoordelijkheid ligt in het correct opbouwen, testen en in werking stellen van robotcellen die worden geïntegreerd met CNC-machines.
  • Daarnaast behoort ook het trainen van eindgebruikers, het opstellen van technische rapporten en het bieden van ondersteuning bij vragen of storingen tot de dagelijkse taken.
  • Tijdens de voorbereiding werk je nauw samen met collega’s, installateurs en leveranciers om elk project vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Na een interne opleiding neem je deel aan een beurtrolsysteem voor on-site interventies, meestal binnen de buurlanden.
  • De verplaatsingen duren doorgaans vijf werkdagen en vallen zoveel mogelijk binnen de werkweek.

Jouw profiel als Field Service Engineer:

  • Een passie voor techniek en een sterke interesse in automatisatie zijn essentieel voor deze rol. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:
  • Diploma elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.
  • Analytisch inzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Leergierige ingesteldheid en zin om te werken met moderne technologie.
  • Stressbestendigheid en een goed organisatorisch vermogen.
