Om deze machines te installeren en te onderhouden hebben wij een team met gedreven en ervaren Field Service Engineers. Dit team willen wij uitbreiden. FTE Fulltime Degree MBO Location Nederland Expertise Techniek Jouw functie: Als Field Service Engineer reis je de hele wereld over en werk je aan systemen die soms meerdere voetbalvelden groot zijn. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten optimaal gebruiken kunnen (blijven) maken van onze sorteer- en verpakkingssystemen door: - De machines te installeren en te onderhouden. - Zowel mechanische, elektrische als besturingstechnische werkzaamheden te verrichten. - Na het opstarten van nieuwe machines geef je trainingen aan onze klanten, zodat zij optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van onze systemen. - Je schakelt met interne collega's om feedback en de voortgang met elkaar te delen. Het doel hiervan is om eventuele issues direct op te lossen, maar ook om verbeteringen en aandachtspunten in kaart te brengen. - Nadat je volledig bekend met onze systemen ga je meedraaien in de storingsdienst. Dit is gemiddeld eens in de 6 à 7 weken. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een mechatronische achtergrond vanuit opleiding of werkervaring. - Jij bent iemand die het leuk vindt om veel op reis te zijn, ook internationaal. - Je hebt een reisbereidheid van 50%-60% van de tijd. - Je bent een teamspeler en vindt het leuk om samen te werken. - Jij beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
