Field Service Engineer Fulltime 40 uur Overig 08-09-2026 Techniek Functie Over ons: Bij Rubber Design ontwikkelen en maken we zeer geavanceerde technologie en systemen om trillingen en geluiden van o.a. scheepsmotoren tot een minimum te beperken. Wij houden ons bezig met het maken van berekeningen voor en het leveren van schokveren voor marineschepen wereldwijd. We zijn specialist in engineering, advisering en levering van flexibele ophanging voor uitlaatgassenleidingen. Voor luxe jachten maken we complete schroefasinstallaties. Deze worden door onze eigen field service engineers ingebouwd. In samenwerking met experts in elektromotortechnologie hebben we een e-motor ontwikkeld die wordt geïntegreerd in onze schroefasinstallaties. Over jou: Als Field Service Engineer voer je reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan voortstuwingsinstallaties aan boord van luxe jachten. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar ook in teamverband op afwisselende locaties in Nederland en in het buitenland (Spanje, Frankrijk, Amerika, Singapore, Mexico, etc.). Op deze locaties voor jij zowel nieuwbouw- als reparatiewerkzaamheden uit. Waar ben jij onder andere verantwoordelijk voor? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het installeren van complete schroefasinstallaties in superjachten tijdens nieuwbouwprojecten, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met andere technische teams om de systemen correct in te bouwen. - Je zorgt ervoor dat het gehele voortstuwingssysteem, inclusief schroefassen, lagers en koppelingen, correct wordt uitgelijnd en gemonteerd. - Je voert wereldwijd periodieke inspecties (surveys) uit van de voortstuwingssystemen op superjachten om de staat van de installaties te controleren. - Wanneer refits of reparaties nodig zijn, voer je de werkzaamheden uit op basis van specifieke opdrachtomschrijvingen en technische tekeningen. Dit kan het vervangen van onderdelen, het aanpassen van het voortstuwingssysteem of het oplossen van technische problemen om...
