Ben jij gebeten door robotica en automatisering? Voor een innovatieve topspeler in Heist-op-den-Berg, gespecialiseerd in high-end automatiseringsoplossingen voor CNC-machines, zoekt een Field Service Engineer.

  • Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische omgeving waar je werkt met de nieuwste robotcellen.
  • Dit is een functie voor een techneut die graag over de grenzen heen kijkt en energie haalt uit complexe technische uitdagingen!

🛠️ Jouw dag als Field Service Engineer

  • Installatie: Je staat in voor de installatie en inbedrijfstelling van robotcellen bij zowel nieuwe als bestaande CNC-machines.
  • Training & Support: Je geeft on-site opleidingen aan gebruikers en biedt (telefonische) ondersteuning bij vragen of technische storingen.
  • Coördinatie: Je stemt nauw af met installateurs en leveranciers van CNC-machines om elk project in goede banen te leiden.
  • Rapportage: Je stelt nauwkeurige inbedrijfsstellingsrapporten op.
  • Internationaal avontuur: Na een grondige inwerkperiode draai je mee in een beurtrolsysteem voor on-site support in het buitenland (voornamelijk Duitsland, Frankrijk en Nederland). Deze verplaatsingen duren meestal zo'n 5 werkdagen tijdens de week.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een relevant diploma in Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door uitgebreide ervaring.
  • Je bent technisch ijzersterk, specifiek op het vlak van elektriciteit, PLC en CNC-machines.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, leergierig en werkt zeer gestructureerd.
  • Een "9-to-5-mentaliteit" staat niet in jouw woordenboek; je bent flexibel en reislustig.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet technische zaken helder uit te leggen aan klanten.
