Lees dan verder! We reageren meestal binnen een week Jouw rol Als Field Service Engineer bij Simac word je ingezet voor het installeren en onderhouden van apparatuur bij onze klanten op locatie. Je start je dag vanuit huis, je planning voor de dag heb je de avond van tevoren ontvangen, zodat je precies weet waar je naartoe rijdt. Je service bus wordt in de nacht bevoorraad met alle onderdelen die je nodig hebt om je werk goed te kunnen doen. Wanneer je aan de slag gaat gaan we je alles leren over de systemen waar onze klanten mee werken. Je krijgt een goede opleiding. Daarna ga je mee met meer ervaren engineers om in de prakijk ervaring op te doen. Wanneer je zover bent en je op eigen benen kunt staan krijg je een eigen bus en kun je zelfstandig aan de slag in alle vrijheid. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent onderweg in een bedrijfsbus, gevuld met apparatuur, om storingen en andere problemen op te kunnen lossen; - Jij configureert, test en installeert o.a. POS systemen, netwerkapparatuur en betaalterminals; - Je houdt documentatie bij met betrekking tot de geïnstalleerde omgeving; - Je analyseert storingen en voert zelfstandig, conform richtlijnen, reparaties uit om de storingen te verhelpen; - Je hebt na elke reparatie contact met de planner en handelt de administratieve taken compleet af. Wie ben jij? Je bent zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en houdt van het oplossen van problemen. Als ambassadeur van Simac ben je representatief, klantgericht en denk je altijd mee over goede, praktische oplossingen voor onze klanten.
