Als Field Service Engineer ben jij hét gezicht van ons bedrijf op locatie. Je werkt aan uitdagende installaties, voert onderhoud en reparaties uit en zorgt dat onze klanten altijd kunnen vertrouwen op hun systemen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag los je een storing op, de volgende dag begeleid je een installatie of geef je advies. Organisatie Bij onze opdrachtgever in Geldrop wordt jaarlijks veel staal verwerkt tot matrijzen en rolvelgen voor pellet mills, machines die grondstoffen persen tot korrels, bijvoorbeeld voor diervoeders . Functie Wat ga je doen als Field Service Engineer: - Onderhoud en reparatie: Voer routinematig onderhoud uit aan mechanische systemen, inclusief inspecties, smering, afstellingen en reparaties. Los mechanische problemen in machines op en diagnosticeer ze met behulp van technische handleidingen, schema's en diagnosetools. Repareer of vervang defecte onderdelen, componenten of systemen, zoals lagers, afdichtingen, pakkingen, tandwielen en riemen. - Installatie en montage: Help bij de installatie, montage en inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe mechanische apparatuur en machines. Zorg voor de juiste uitlijning, kalibratie en het testen van mechanische systemen. - Veiligheid en naleving: Houd u aan veiligheidsprotocollen en -richtlijnen om een veilige werkomgeving te behouden. Zorg voor naleving van alle relevante voorschriften, codes en normen met betrekking tot mechanische systemen. Gebruik persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM) en volg indien nodig lockout/tagout (LOTO)-procedures. - Documentatie en rapportage: Houd nauwkeurige registraties bij van onderhoudsactiviteiten, reparaties en inspecties. Stel rapporten op over de prestaties van de apparatuur, onderhoudsproblemen en aanbevelingen voor verbeteringen...
