The posting

Onze klant streeft ernaar de nummer één te worden op het gebied van prijs en kwaliteit voor het herstel en onderhoud van elektrische roterende machines binnen een straal van 500 kilometer rond Antwerpen. Momenteel behandelen ze roterende machines tot 40 ton, maar willen ze dit uitbreiden tot 80 ton.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een echte techneut die graag met machines werkt en pas tevreden is wanneer alles tot op de honderdste klopt? Voor onze klant zoeken wij een Medewerker Mechanica. In deze functie combineer je conventioneel draaien en frezen met laswerken, mechanische bewerkingen en het dynamisch balanceren van rotoren.

Je werkt aan verschillende onderdelen zoals assen, rotoren, ankers en deksels. Daarbij is nauwkeurigheid geen detail, maar dé standaard. Je controleert kritische onderdelen, detecteert afwijkingen en denkt mee over de juiste oplossing of mogelijke verbeteringen. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat mechanisch alles op punt staat!

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Kritische onderdelen zoals rotoren en diverse deksels controleren op afwijkingen, deze melden en de nodige acties of verbeteringen voorstellen.
  • Onderdelen uittekenen en diverse kleine mechanische bewerkingen uitvoeren, zoals uitboren en tappen van bouten en gaten in staal, aluminium en gietijzer.
  • Hulpgereedschap voor interne afdelingen maken en mechanische plaatbewerkingen uitvoeren, zoals het herstellen van ventilatiekappen.
  • Conventioneel draaien van assen en deksels, waaronder voorbewerken, afdraaien tot op een honderdste nauwkeurig, verbussen en het afdraaien van collectoren en sleepringen.
  • Nieuwe assen machineren en aanmaken en diverse freeswerken uitvoeren, zoals het frezen van spiebanen, vlakken van motorvoeten en uitkotteren van grotere deksels.
  • Diverse laswerken uitvoeren, waaronder het oplassen van lager-vlakken, as-eindes en motordeksels in gietijzer en aluminium en het TIG-lassen van collectoren.
  • Rotors dynamisch balanceren volgens de ISO-normen en hoogtoerentalbalancering uitvoeren van kritische rotoren.
  • De werkzaamheden nauwkeurig uitvoeren met de voorziene meettoestellen, deze correct gebruiken en kalibreren, en steeds werken volgens de geldende procedures, veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.

  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en kan zelfstandig elektrische en mechanische metingen uitvoeren en beoordelen.
  • Je kan technische problemen analyseren en oplossingsgericht te werk gaan.
  • Je bent sterk in planning en organisatie en kan de nodige acties, tijd en middelen inschatten.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands. En bovendien heb je kennis van Engels en Frans.
  • Je kan werken met Microsoft Office, Excel en Outlook en hebt een goed gevoel voor het werken met computers.
  • Je kan werken met specifieke technische gereedschappen, waaronder apparatuur voor vibratieanalyse.
