Als Field Service Engineer ben jij het technische visitekaartje van de organisatie bij klanten over de hele wereld. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het installeren, onderhouden en repareren van geavanceerde machines en installaties voor de productie van alternatieve brandstoffen. Je werkt aan complexe technische vraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat de systemen van klanten optimaal blijven presteren. Daarnaast train je klanten in het gebruik en onderhoud van de apparatuur en adviseer je hen over mogelijke verbeteringen in hun productieprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van engineering, projectmanagement en sales om de beste oplossingen te realiseren. Jouw taken omvatten: - Het uitvoeren van installatie- en inbedrijfstellingswerkzaamheden bij klanten wereldwijd; - Het diagnosticeren en oplossen van technische storingen aan complexe machines en installaties; - Het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud volgens planning; - Het verzorgen van technische trainingen en instructies voor klanten; - Het opstellen van servicerapporten en technische documentatie; - Het adviseren van klanten over optimalisatie van hun productieprocessen; - Het fungeren als schakel tussen klant en de interne technische afdelingen.

In deze functie krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen tot specialist in een specifieke technologie of door te groeien naar een rol als Senior Field Service Engineer of Technical Service Manager. De organisatie investeert actief in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van technische trainingen, certificeringen en internationale uitwisselingsprogramma's. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om te werken met de nieuwste technologieën in de sector van duurzame energie en bouwt een waardevol internationaal netwerk op.
