STIEBEL ELTRON - Bedrijf - Vacature Field Service Engineer | STIEBEL ELTRON Field Service Engineer warmtepompen (Zuidoost) Jou willen installateurs op locatie hebben als ze er niet uitkomen. Je stelt warmtepompinstallaties in bedrijf, lost storingen op waar anderen op vastlopen en helpt installateurs vooruit. En wat ook fijn is, je draait geen storings- of bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Je bent dus gewoon op tijd thuis. Wat ga je doen als Field Service Engineer Je werkt zelfstandig in Zuidoost-Nederland met als werkgebied alles onder de lijn Hilvarenbeek-Gennep. 11 collega's van Service en Aftersales staan achter je, binnen een Nederlandse organisatie van 40 collega's. Installateurs in jouw regio kennen jou als het gezicht van STIEBEL ELTRON. Loopt een installateur vast op een storing, dan ben jij de volgende stap: analyseren, oplossen en uitleggen wat er speelde. Warmtepompen zijn de kern van je werk, maar je pakt ook energiemanagementsystemen, boilers, doorstromers, elektrische verwarming en WTW-systemen. Zo blijft jouw werkdag afwisselend. Je bent verder verantwoordelijk voor - Inbedrijfstellen en optimaal instellen van warmtepompinstallaties - Diagnose en reparatie van storingen aan STIEBEL ELTRON machines: warmtepompen, energiemanagement, boilers, doorstromers, verwarming en WTW / ventilatie. - Telefonische ondersteuning van installateurs, zodat zij het vaak zelf al kunnen oplossen - Instructies en training geven aan servicepartners en installateurs - Je bevindingen vastleggen, zodat de helpdesk en je collega's van binnen- en buitendienst erop verder kunnen bouwen Wie ben jij Je hebt een paar jaar servicewerk achter de rug in installatietechniek of koel-, airco- of klimaattechniek. Een lastige storing vind je interessanter dan een dag routinewerk. Je legt rustig uit wat je doet, aan een installateur en aan de eindklant.
