Field Service Engineer Nederweert Je nieuwe baan Als (Internationaal) Field Service Engineer ben jij dé expert die klanten helpt het maximale uit hun automatisering te halen. Jij zorgt dat onze robotcellen optimaal functioneren en naadloos geïntegreerd worden in productieprocessen. Na een grondige inwerkperiode bij BMO ga je zelfstandig aan de slag. Je bezoekt klanten, vooral in Nederland en Duitsland, en zet jouw technische kennis in om hun processen soepel te laten draaien. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Storingen oplossen: snel en effectief technische problemen diagnosticeren en verhelpen op locatie - Robotcellen in bedrijf stellen en installeren bij klanten - Hard- en software-updates uitvoeren voor optimale prestaties - Gebruikers trainen zodat zij zelfstandig en efficiënt met de systemen kunnen werken - Nauw samenwerken met de binnendienst voor een gestroomlijnde planning - Feedback uit het veld terugkoppelen en verbeterpunten aandragen - Kansen signaleren bij klanten, zoals optimalisaties of extra oplossingen Over het bedrijf BMO Automation is sinds 2008 dé koploper in CNC-automatisering en robotica.
