Als Field Service Engineer ben jij het technische visitekaartje van de organisatie bij klanten over de hele wereld. Je installeert geavanceerde verwerkingsmachines op locatie, voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit en lost complexe technische storingen op. Je werkt aan hoogwaardige geautomatiseerde systemen waarbij precisie en betrouwbaarheid essentieel zijn. Daarnaast train je operators en technisch personeel bij klanten in het correct bedienen en onderhouden van de machines. Je bent regelmatig op reis, zowel in Nederland als internationaal, wat zorgt voor een afwisselende werkomgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Installeren en in bedrijf stellen van complexe verwerkingsmachines bij klanten wereldwijd; - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan geautomatiseerde productiesystemen; - Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen aan mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische componenten; - Trainen van operators en technisch personeel in het gebruik en onderhoud van de machines; - Rapporteren over uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en adviseren over technische verbeteringen; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten en zorgen voor optimale klanttevredenheid; - Samenwerken met de engineering afdeling om feedback vanuit het veld te vertalen naar productverbeteringen.

Deze functie biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je kunt je ontwikkelen tot Senior Field Service Engineer waarbij je complexere projecten gaat leiden en junior collega's begeleidt. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een rol als Service Coördinator of Technical Support Manager, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de planning en coördinatie van het volledige serviceteam.
