Onze klant is een gevestigde internationale speler binnen energie-efficiënte klimaat- en verwarmingsoplossingen. Vanuit een sterke technische serviceorganisatie ondersteunt onze klant professionele installateurs en eindklanten met kwalitatieve producten, technische expertise en een betrouwbare dienstverlening.

Door verdere groei van de activiteiten is onze klant op zoek naar een servicetechnieker die graag op de baan is en energie krijgt van het oplossen van technische uitdagingen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je voert technische interventies en herstellingen uit aanHVAC-systemen en warmtepompen.
  • Je verzorgt de indienststelling van nieuwe installaties volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Je staat in voor zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud bij klanten.
  • Je voert koeltechnische en elektrische aansluitingen uit.
  • Je analyseert technische storingen en zoekt zelfstandig naar een duurzame oplossing.
  • Je rapporteert interventies correct en tijdig via de interne systemen.
  • Je geeft technische ondersteuning en advies aan klanten en professionele installateurs.
  • Je bewaakt tijdens iedere interventie een hoog niveau van kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in HVAC, koeltechniek, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare richting, of je hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je bent gecertificeerd koeltechnicus of bent bereid het nodige certificaat te behalen.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je bent sterk in diagnose en troubleshooting en haalt voldoening uit het oplossen van technische problemen.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je planning en interventies.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en professioneel.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en beschikt over voldoende kennis van het Frans om klanten te begrijpen en verder te helpen.
  • Je bent bereid om je technische kennis voortdurend verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent flexibel om klanten te bezoeken binnen de toegewezen regio.
