The posting

  • Je staat in voor de start-up van testmachines: van testfase in het atelier tot machine commissioning bij klanten, met focus op PLC-programming, PC hardware configuratie en debugging van programma's.
  • Je voert entry checks, quality testing en repeatability tests uit, vult de bijhorende checklists in en stelt heldere rapporten en technische documentatie op.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen samen met de klant, koppelt terug naar engineering en projectmanagement en doet concrete improvement proposals voor machine-aanpassingen.
  • Je verzorgt klanttrainingen on-site voor operators en onderhoudsteams, inclusief voorbereiding van duidelijke trainingdocumenten en intervention reports.
  • Je biedt field service support, bereidt interventiekits met de customer service afdeling voor en verricht onpartijdige metingen in klantlabs volgens ISO 17025 en ISO 9001.
  • Bachelor in elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring, met een sterk mechanisch inzicht en brede technische kennis.
  • Goede kennis van automatisering en IT, bij voorkeur met ervaring in PLC-programming en industrial automation.
  • Communicatief en sociaal, combineert teamspirit met een autonome werkstijl en een uitgesproken zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Leergierig, creatief en hands-on, flexibel inzetbaar en bereid tot verplaatsingen in binnen- en buitenland tot maximaal twee weken, ongeveer de helft van je werktijd.
  • Vlotte kennis van Engels; kennis van Nederlands, Frans of Duits is een plus.
