Je komt terecht in een innovatieve en internationale omgeving actief in de ontwikkeling en bouw van geavanceerde machines. De organisatie combineert technologische expertise met een open en collegiale cultuur, waarbij samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan. Je wordt betrokken vanaf de conceptfase tot en met de finalisatie en afname van de machines.

Jobomschrijving

  • Opstarten van testmachines tijdens de testfase in het atelier en bij de installatie bij de klant
  • Installeren en configureren van PLC- en computerhardware
  • Testen, debuggen en optimaliseren van bijhorende programma’s
  • Uitvoeren van ingangscontroles en kwaliteitstesten op machines
  • Bewaken van herhaalbaarheid en conformiteit volgens de vereiste checklists
  • Opstellen van rapporten en technische documentatie voor machineafnames
  • Analyseren en synthetiseren van technische problemen in overleg met de klant
  • Terugkoppelen van bevindingen en verbetervoorstellen aan Engineering en Projectmanagement
  • Meewerken aan wijzigingen en verbeteringen aan machines
  • Geven van opleidingen aan operatoren en onderhoudstechniekers on-site
  • Opstellen van opleidingsdocumentatie
  • Bieden van eerstelijnsondersteuning en opmaken van interventierapporten
  • Samenstellen van interventiekits in samenwerking met Customer Service
  • Uitvoeren van onpartijdige en vertrouwelijke metingen in labo en bij klanten, conform ISO 17025 en ISO 9001
  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ook net afgestudeerde bachelors komen in aanmerking voor een junior profiel
  • Kennis van meerdere automatisatie- en informaticasystemen
  • Ervaring in een servicegerichte functie is een pluspunt
  • Sterk mechanisch inzicht en brede technische kennis
  • Je werkt autonoom en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, sociaal en communicatief sterk
  • Leergierige, creatieve en praktische ingesteldheid
  • Flexibel inzetbaar en bereid tot verplaatsingen in binnen- en buitenland
  • Nederlandstalig is wenselijk, maar geen absolute must
  • Vlot Engelstalig; kennis van Frans of Duits is een troef
