Als Field Service Engineer ben jij het technische visitekaartje van de organisatie bij klanten over de hele wereld. Jouw expertise zorgt ervoor dat complexe verwerkingslijnen optimaal blijven presteren en dat klanten kunnen rekenen op maximale bedrijfszekerheid. Je werkt aan hoogwaardige RVS machines en proceslijnen waarbij precisie en kwaliteit essentieel zijn. Deze functie biedt jou de mogelijkheid om je technische vaardigheden continu te ontwikkelen en door te groeien naar een senior technisch specialist of projectleider binnen de serviceafdeling. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het uitvoeren van onderhoud, reparaties en modificaties aan complexe verwerkingslijnen en machines bij klanten wereldwijd; - Het analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen aan mechanische, pneumatische en elektrische systemen; - Het begeleiden van inbedrijfstellingen van nieuw geïnstalleerde machines en proceslijnen; - Het adviseren van klanten over optimalisatie van hun productieprocessen en preventief onderhoud; - Het verzorgen van technische trainingen voor operators en onderhoudspersoneel bij klanten; - Het rapporteren van bevindingen en het adviseren over verbeteringen aan de engineeringafdeling; - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten en zorgen voor een uitstekende servicebeleving.
