Als Field Service Engineer ben jij het technische visitekaartje van de organisatie bij klanten over de hele wereld. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, inbedrijfstelling en het onderhoud van geavanceerde productielijnen op locatie bij de klant. Dit betekent dat je regelmatig op reis bent naar verschillende landen, waar je complexe technische vraagstukken oplost en klanten adviseert over optimaal gebruik van hun installaties. Je werkt aan state-of-the-art machines en systemen die een cruciale rol spelen in industriële productieprocessen. In deze functie combineer je technische expertise met klantgerichtheid. Je analyseert storingen, voert preventief onderhoud uit en zorgt ervoor dat productielijnen optimaal blijven presteren. Daarnaast train je operators en onderhoudstechnici van klanten in het correct bedienen en onderhouden van de installaties. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van engineering, projectmanagement en de serviceafdeling om klanten de beste oplossingen te bieden. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Installeren en in bedrijf stellen van complete productielijnen bij klanten wereldwijd; - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan complexe industriële machines; - Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen en optimaliseren van machineprocessen; - Verzorgen van technische trainingen voor klanten en hun medewerkers; - Adviseren van klanten over efficiënt gebruik en mogelijke verbeteringen van hun installaties; - Rapporteren over uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en technische bevindingen; - Samenwerken met interne afdelingen voor continue verbetering van producten en diensten.
