Als Field Service Engineer ben jij het technische visitekaartje van de organisatie bij klanten over de hele wereld. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, inbedrijfstelling en het onderhoud van geavanceerde verwerkingsmachines en complete productielijnen in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Jouw technische expertise zorgt ervoor dat klanten optimaal kunnen produceren met de geleverde apparatuur. Je werkt zelfstandig aan uitdagende projecten waarbij precisie en kwaliteit essentieel zijn. Daarnaast fungeer je als technisch adviseur voor klanten en help je hen bij het optimaliseren van hun productieprocessen. Deze functie biedt jou de mogelijkheid om jouw jarenlange ervaring in de machinebouw in te zetten in een internationale context. Je krijgt de kans om te werken met state-of-the-art technologie en complexe mechanische systemen. Door de diversiteit aan projecten en klanten blijf je jezelf continu ontwikkelen en uitdagen op technisch gebied. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Het zelfstandig installeren en in bedrijf stellen van machines en complete productielijnen bij klanten wereldwijd; - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan hoogwaardige verwerkingsapparatuur; - Analyseren en oplossen van complexe technische storingen en het optimaliseren van machineperformance; - Verzorgen van technische trainingen en instructies voor operators en onderhoudspersoneel bij klanten; - Opstellen van gedetailleerde servicerapporten en technische documentatie; - Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten en adviseren over optimalisatie van productieprocessen; - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en deze terugkoppelen naar de engineeringafdeling.
