Als Field Service Engineer Internationaal ben jij het technische visitekaartje van de organisatie bij klanten over de hele wereld. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, inbedrijfstelling en het onderhoud van geavanceerde machinesystemen en automatiseringsoplossingen in de agro- en foodindustrie. Je werkt aan complexe technische vraagstukken op locatie bij klanten, waarbij je zowel mechanische als elektrische systemen optimaliseert en storingen verhelpt. Door jouw expertise blijven productielijnen operationeel en draag je direct bij aan de continuïteit van productieprocessen bij internationale klanten. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het installeren en in bedrijf stellen van complete machinesystemen en automatiseringsoplossingen bij klanten wereldwijd; - Het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan complexe productiesystemen; - Het analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen aan mechanische, elektrische en besturingssystemen; - Het trainen en instrueren van klanten in het gebruik en onderhoud van de geïnstalleerde systemen; - Het adviseren van klanten over optimalisatiemogelijkheden en technische verbeteringen; - Het rapporteren van serviceactiviteiten en het signaleren van verbeterpunten aan de technische afdeling; - Het onderhouden van contact met de projectleiding en engineering om feedback vanuit het veld te delen.

Deze functie biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie. Je kunt jezelf ontwikkelen tot Senior Field Service Engineer waarbij je complexere projecten gaat leiden en junior collega's begeleidt. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een rol als Service Coördinator of Technical Support Manager, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de planning en coördinatie van het internationale serviceteam.
