The posting

Miele Nederland B.V. staat onder andere bekend om haar hoogwaardige huishoudelijke apparaten. Naast de consumentenmarkt bedient Miele ook diverse zakelijke sectoren. Jij komt te werken binnen de discipline HCS (Horeca, Care & Selfservice).

Je installeert, onderhoudt en repareert voornamelijk industriële wasmachines, professionele vaatwasmachines en reinigingsmachines. Deze machines vind je onder andere terug in ziekenhuizen, schepen en jachten, restaurants, gevangenissen en andere professionele omgevingen. Daarnaast werk je ook aan kleinere apparaten die vergelijkbaar zijn met consumentenapparatuur, maar een hogere capaciteit en prestaties leveren.

Als servicemonteur ben je werkzaam in de regio waar je woont. Na een gedegen intern opleidingstraject op het hoofdkantoor in Vianen loop je mee met ervaren collega-servicemonteurs. Hoewel je een zelfstandige functie hebt, sta je dagelijks in nauw contact met collega's in de buitendienst en op het hoofdkantoor. Iedere klant en iedere storing brengt weer een nieuwe technische uitdaging met zich mee. Dat maakt geen dag hetzelfde.

Jouw werkzaamheden

- Klanten adviseren over het gebruik en onderhoud van de machines. - Machines installeren en in bedrijf stellen. - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren. - Storingen diagnosticeren en verhelpen.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, breng je bij voorkeur het volgende mee:

- Een afgeronde technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of mechatronica, of relevante werkervaring in een technische functie. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een representatieve uitstraling. - Een geldig rijbewijs B. - Een zelfstandige, proactieve en klantgerichte werkhouding.
