The posting

Je verzorgt de service aan UPS- en noodverlichtingssystemen bij klanten. Daarbij neem je onder meer de volgende taken op:

  • Je stelt UPS- en noodverlichtingssystemen in bedrijf, controleert het werk van installateurs, stelt de systemen correct in en licht de werking toe aan de klant.
  • Je voert gepland onderhoud uit in het kader van servicecontracten, installeert software-updates en controleert preventief de verschillende functies.
  • Je onderzoekt storingen, bepaalt de oorzaak en vervangt onderdelen of componenten.
  • Je adviseert klanten over installatie, opstart, onderhoud en herstellingen en geeft waar nodig training.
  • Je implementeert bij klanten energiebeheer- en kritische bewakingssystemen.
  • Je registreert klantinformatie en verwerkt bezoek- en afnamerapporten in het CRM-systeem.

Je hebt een technische achtergrond en ervaring met UPS-systemen. Verder sluit het volgende aan bij de functie:

  • Je hebt een professionele bachelor of graduaat in een technische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring als service technieker, kennis naar UPS-systemen vormt een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over elektrotechnische kennis en kent de relevante procedures en regelgeving rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Frans mondeling en schriftelijk. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je reageert flexibel en proactief op veranderingen en beschikt over organisatorisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je overtuigt en betrekt anderen met je technische kennis en duidelijke communicatie.
  • Een VCA-basisattest, VCA-vol of BA5 is een pluspunt.
  • Je staat ervoor open om je te verplaatsen over gans België.
