DEINE AUFGABEN

Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen, Menschen führen und Serviceprozesse aktiv mitgestalten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! In dieser Schlüsselrolle führst du unser Servicetechniker-Team fachlich und organisatorisch zum Erfolg, koordinierst spannende Serviceeinsätze und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für höchste Kundenzufriedenheit. Dabei gestaltest du moderne Field-Service-Prozesse aktiv mit, optimierst Abläufe und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen für technische und organisatorische Herausforderungen.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Servicetechniker-Teams, * Planung, Koordination und Priorisierung von Serviceeinsätzen, Inbetriebnahmen und Wartungen, * Verantwortung für effiziente Ressourcen- und Personaleinsatzplanung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Field-Serviceprozessen, * Kontrolle und Optimierung von Field-Servicekosten, Materialeinsatz und Profitabilität, * Analyse von KPIs sowie Ableitung konkreter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, * Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Projektmanagement und Support, * Eskalationsmanagement bei technischen oder organisatorischen Herausforderungen, * Unterstützung des Teams bei komplexen technischen Themen und Kundenterminen, * Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Dokumentationen und internen Prozessen, * Verantwortung für Qualität, Kundenzufriedenheit und nachhaltige Field-Serviceperformance.

DEIN PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, IT oder in einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet, * Einschlägige Erfahrung im technischen Service, Field Service oder technischen Projektumfeld, * Erste Führungserfahrung sowie Begeisterung für Teamorganisation und Mitarbeiterentwicklung, * Ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Verständnis und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, * Erfahrung in Einsatzplanung, Ressourcensteuerung und Prozessoptimierung, * Wirtschaftliches Denken sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Kostenstrukturen und Profitabilität, * Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerken, Hardware und technischen Systemen, * Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und Mitarbeitenden, * Entscheidungsfreude sowie die Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prioritäten zu setzen, * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, * Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region, * Führerschein Klasse B.

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet, darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei EUR 47.810,14 brutto/Jahr auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung liegt.
