Field Service Operator – medische thuiszorg (m/v/x)

Locatie: Marke (Kortrijk)

WIE ZIJN WE?

Lifehouse is een lokale, 100% Belgische speler in zuurstoftherapie aan huis. We leveren zuurstofconcentratoren, medische zuurstofflessen en toebehoren aan patiënten thuis. Daarvoor werken we samen met apotheken, ziekenhuizen en woonzorgcentra. Service en snelheid dragen wij hoog in het vaandel. We zijn een kleine organisatie met korte lijnen en een team dat voor elkaar klaarstaat.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Je zit geen dag achter een bureau ( of toch heel weing ). Je bent onderweg in de regio en bent het gezicht van Lifehouse bij de patiënt thuis.

• Je levert, installeert, onderhoudt en haalt medische toestellen en toebehoren op, bij patiënten thuis en in zorginstellingen.

• Je legt helder en rustig uit hoe alles werkt, zodat de patiënt en de familie met een gerust gevoel achterblijven.

• Je houdt de toestellen in topconditie, onderweg én bij ons intern.

• Af en toe ben in het weekend van wacht.

Indien gewenst, kunnen we kijken om ook een stukje verkoop op te nemen in de takenlijst.

WIE ZOEKEN WE?

• Je hebt rijbewijs B en je rijdt graag.

• Je bent technisch handig en je werkt nauwkeurig.

• Je hebt een vlotte babbel, maar ook geduld en een luisterend oor.

• Je organiseert je dag graag zelf en weet dat je op je collega's kunt rekenen.

• Een toestel of zuurstoffles tillen is voor jou geen probleem.

• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Frans is mooi meegenomen.

• Ervaring in een technische job of in de zorg is een plus, geen must. Wij leren je het vak.
