Welke taken mag je verwachten als Technical service engineer?

  • In een typische dag ben je als enthousiaste service engineer verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, het onderhoud en herstellingen van een gevarieerd gamma van lasersnij-pons- en plooimachines;
  • De bedrijven waar je zal terechtkomen zijn vaak maakbedrijven en toeleveranciers die actief zijn in de metaalverwerking over gans België;
  • Je dient goed te communiceren met hun klanten wat er dient te gebeuren, nauwe samenwerking met de klant is heel belangrijk;
  • Zelfstandig werken doe je graag en je kan steeds je eigen mannetje staan;
  • De afstanden die je aflegt kunnen dagelijks verschillen, korte of lange afstanden, je staat voor beide wel open.

Welke eigenschappen dien je te bezitten om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie?

  • In het bezit zijn van een technisch diploma zoals elektromechanica...;
  • Heb je reeds kennis van hydraulica en pneumatica, dan is dat een pluspunt;
  • Bij voorkeur heb je reeds een eerste relevante ervaring op zak;
  • Eveneens dien je voor deze functie technisch inzicht te hebben, dit mag zeker niet ontbreken;
  • Je hebt bovenal veel ‘goesting’ en ‘drive’ om jezelf te verdiepen in deze branche;
  • Verder ben je iemand die continu wil bijleren en de klanttevredenheid bovenaan je lijstje zet;
  • Het is uiterst belangrijk dat je zelfstandig te werk gaat en je taken goed kan organiseren;
  • Je bent een echte probleemoplosser en houdt ervan uitdagingen aan te gaan!;
  • Spreek je vloeiend Nederlands en heb je daarbij voeling voor de Duitse of Engelse taal? Top! Kennis van het Frans is alleen maar een pluspunt;
  • Bovendien neem je je verantwoordelijkheid en kan je goed communiceren naar klanten en collega's.
