Was Sie bei uns bewegen können

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Funktion an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Entwicklung und Kunde. Sie sorgen für die Installation, Wartung, Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung unserer Systeme, unterstützen bei Upgrades und Tests und stellen sicher, dass technische Anforderungen effizient und lösungsorientiert umgesetzt werden. Wenn Sie nicht nur technische Systeme betreuen wollen, sondern direkt dort im Einsatz sind, wo Ihr Know-how gebraucht wird, sind Sie in dieser Funktion bestens aufgehoben. Bei Schiebel arbeiten Sie an hochkomplexen unbemannten Helikoptersystemen, unterstützen Kunden im In- und Ausland und tragen dazu bei, dass unsere Systeme zuverlässig, professionell und mit höchster Qualität betrieben werden.

Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick * Installation, Wartung, Reparatur und Instandsetzung von UAS-Systemen unter Einhaltung vorgegebener Standards und Richtlinien * Durchführung von technischen Supporteinsätzen im In- und Ausland * Fehlerdiagnose und Fehlerbehebung direkt vor Ort oder im Kundeneinsatz * Durchführung von Hardware- und Software-Upgrades * Direkte technische Kommunikation mit Kunden im Rahmen von Supporttätigkeiten * Aufbau und Bedienung von Testsystemen sowie Installation und Test von Prototypen * Identifikation, Dokumentation und Weiterleitung technischer Fehler an interne Schnittstellen * Erstellung und Review technischer Dokumentation und Nachweisdokumente * Sicherstellung einer professionellen und termingerechten Supportabwicklung mit hoher Kundenorientierung

Was Sie mitbringen sollten * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, bevorzugt im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder Mechatronik * Gutes technisches Systemverständnis in den Bereichen Elektronik, Software und Mechanik * Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken, Netzwerkkomponenten und Netzwerkprotokollen von Vorteil * Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Begeisterung für internationale Reisetätigkeit bis zu rund 40% * unabdingbar: Möglichkeit zur Erlangung einer erfolgreichen österreichischen Sicherheitsfreigabe
