At Intralox, one of the world's leading innovators in conveyance solutions, we are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Technical Services group in the Netherlands and help strengthen the life cycle support we provide for conditioning equipment across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Why this role matters Our installed base in Europe is growing rapidly, particularly within our conditioning platform, which includes spiral towers and cooling solutions. Today, much of the fieldwork is carried out by our Application Engineers. This new position will add dedicated service expertise, improve the support available to customers, and help us build a scalable service offering for this growing market. You will work closely with colleagues including Conditioning Application Engineers and our commercial teams in an environment built on collaboration, initiative, and shared success. As Field Service Technician, you will spend much of your time at customer sites across the EMEA region. Around 70% of your work will initially focus on conditioning applications and spiral towers, with the remaining 30% supporting other Intralox equipment. This is a new role that you can help shape, with the expectation that it will become fully dedicated to the conditioning platform within two to three years.
