The posting

Energetic NV in Stekene onderhoudt, reviseert en inspecteert stoomturbines, turbocompressoren en tandwielkasten voor de zware industrie, de chemie, de industriele gassen en de energiesector in heel Europa. Wij zijn geen onderdeel van een machinebouwer. Als een machine stilvalt, is het onze ploeg die ter plaatse gaat en ze weer aan de praat krijgt.

Als Field Service Technician sta jij aan de machine bij de klant. Je vertrekt vanuit Stekene naar industriele sites in heel Europa, voor geplande stilstanden, storingen, inspecties en indienststellingen. Je werkt alleen of in een kleine ploeg van twee tot vier collega's, met een project manager als vast aanspreekpunt achter je.

Je takenpakket

  • Demontage, inspectie en heropbouw van stoomturbines, turbocompressoren en tandwielkasten op de klantsite.
  • Uitlijnen van machinetreinen (laser en meetklok), controle van koppelingen en fundatie.
  • Ondersteuning bij uitbalanceren en bij trillingsmetingen, met interpretatie van de resultaten samen met engineering.
  • Opmeten van speling, radiale en axiale posities, en het nauwkeurig noteren van je meetwaarden.
  • Storingsopsporing bij onverwachte stilstanden, vaak onder tijdsdruk en met de klant naast je.
  • Begeleiden van de indienststelling en de heropstart van de machine.
  • Rapporteren van je vaststellingen en meetwaarden, zodat het eindrapport voor de klant klopt.
  • Tussen opdrachten door werk je mee in onze eigen werkplaats in Stekene aan revisies.

Je hoort bij een klein en ervaren fieldteam en rapporteert aan de project manager van het project en aan de directie. Bij Energetic beslist de man aan de machine mee: wie ter plaatse vaststelt dat iets anders moet, wordt gehoord.

Reisregime

Ongeveer 60 tot 70 procent van je tijd ben je op verplaatsing, doorgaans opdrachten van enkele dagen tot twee weken, hoofdzakelijk in Belgie, Nederland, Frankrijk, Duitsland en Italie. Verplaatsingen worden waar mogelijk ruim op voorhand gepland. Je thuisbasis blijft Stekene.

  • Een technische opleiding (mechanica, elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in industrieel onderhoud of mechanische montage. Ervaring met roterende machines is een groot pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en werkt vlot met meetgereedschap zoals micrometer, schuifmaat en meetklok.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ook na een lange dag op een site.
  • Zelfstandig en zelfredzaam: bij de klant ben jij het gezicht van Energetic.
  • Nederlands vlot in woord en geschrift, en voldoende Engels om op een buitenlandse site te functioneren. Frans of Duits is een duidelijke plus.
  • Rijbewijs B en bereid om regelmatig op verplaatsing te gaan binnen Europa.
  • Veiligheidsbewust. Werken op industriele sites betekent werken volgens de regels van de klant, zonder uitzondering.

  • Praktisch en oplossingsgericht, ook wanneer de machine anders blijkt dan het plan.
  • Collegiaal, want in een ploeg van drie op een site telt elke schakel.
  • Betrouwbaar en communicatief naar de klant toe.
  • Leergierig: elke machine leert je iets bij.
