The posting

Als Field Service Technieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, opstart, het onderhoud en de herstellingen van CNC-machines bij klanten in België en sporadisch Luxemburg. Je vertrekt voornamelijk van thuis uit en krijgt een afwisselende buitendienstfunctie waarin techniek, klantencontact en probleemoplossing centraal staan.

Je combineert mechanische, elektrische en softwarematige kennis en begeleidt klanten van installatie tot service en opleiding. Je werkt zelfstandig op de baan, maar staat nauw in contact met collega’s van de binnendienst en leveranciers.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Installeren, opstarten en testen van CNC-machines.
  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud en technische interventies.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van storingen.
  • Opleiden en ondersteunen van klanten.
  • Opvolgen van machines tijdens en na de garantieperiode.
  • Rapporteren van interventies via digitale tools.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams en leveranciers.
  • Ondersteunen bij automatisatie- en robottoepassingen.

Je krijgt de nodige begeleiding om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen binnen een omgeving waar expertise en samenwerking centraal staan.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technieker met een sterke interesse in CNC-machines en een eerste praktische technische ervaring. Dit kan vanuit een rol als operator, onderhoudstechnieker, servicetechnieker of een andere technische functie waarin je met CNC-gestuurde machines hebt gewerkt. Je technische basis, leergierigheid en motivatie om op de baan te werken zijn belangrijker dan een specifiek diploma.

Jouw profiel:

  • Eerste ervaring met CNC-machines, machinebediening of machineonderhoud.
  • Technische interesse in mechanica, elektriciteit en software.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en vlot rapporteren.
  • Goede kennis Nederlands; Frans is een pluspunt. Basiskennis Engels is belangrijk voor technische documentatie.
  • Digitale vaardigheden en vlot gebruik van smartphone en rapporteringstools.
  • Bereidheid om klanten te bezoeken en graag werken in een buitendienstfunctie.
  • Rijbewijs B is noodzakelijk.
  • VCA-attest is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
