The posting

Je start je dag met het oppikken van de opdrachten bij de werkplaats- of werfleider. Daarna ga je zelfstandig op pad of werk je in het atelier — afhankelijk van wat de machines nodig hebben.

Jouw dag bestaat uit:

  • Sleutelen aan een breed gamma machines: graafmachines, wielladers, walsen, verreikers, trilplaten, pompen, stroomgroepen...
  • Uitvoeren van onderhoudsbeurten en herstellingen, zowel op de werven als in het goed uitgerust atelier.
  • Zelfstandig diagnoses stellen en zoeken naar de juiste oplossing.
  • Meedenken met collega's om het machinepark in topconditie te houden.
  • Werken vanuit een volledig uitgeruste bestelwagen, zodat je overal snel kan ingrijpen.
  • Overleggen met werfleiders en collegatechniekers — je staat er nooit alleen voor, teamspirit is key.

Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde: je werkt op verschillende locaties, aan verschillende machines en met verschillende collega's. Afwisseling gegarandeerd.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of sterke praktijkervaring.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar schakelt vlot met collega's wanneer het nodig is.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt zin voor orde en netheid.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of interesse in mechanica, motoren en diverse machines.
