The posting

Als Field Service Technieker ben jij het gezicht van het bedrijf bij de klanten. Je staat in voor installaties, onderhoud en herstellingen van hun producten in de Benelux. Sporadisch voer je ook opdrachten uit in andere Europese landen. Je komt terecht in een klein, hecht technisch team waarin je nauw samenwerkt met de hoofdtechnieker, R&D en productie.

Onze partner ontwerpt & produceert al meer dan 10 jaar innovatieve designverlichting met geïntegreerde infraroodverwarming en koeling. Hun producten combineren technologie, design en comfort en worden wereldwijd gebruikt op exclusieve terrassen, in hotels, restaurants en particuliere woningen.

Om hun klanten de beste service te blijven bieden, zijn ze op zoek naar een Field Service Technieker die houdt van afwisseling, techniek en klantencontact.

Omschrijving

  • Installeren en in dienst stellen van de designproducten (verlichting) bij klanten.
  • Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken op locatie bij particuliere- en businessklanten.
  • Diagnoses stellen en technische (elektrische) storingen oplossen.
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren aan retourproducten in het atelier.
  • Meedenken met het R&D-team over technische verbeteringen en productoptimalisaties.
  • Klanten professioneel informeren en een uitstekende service garanderen.

Je werkweek is gevarieerd:

  • 3 dagen per week ben je onderweg voor interventies bij klanten te Benelux (gemiddeld 2 à 3 klanten per dag).
  • 1 dag werk je in het atelier te Antwerpen aan retourproducten.
  • 1 dag ondersteun je het R&D-team bij technische vraagstukken en productontwikkeling.

Je bent een praktische technieker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en energie haalt uit het oplossen van technische problemen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur als elektricien of service technieker.
  • Ervaring met elektrische installaties en foutdiagnoses.
  • Een klantgerichte en professionele houding.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en de motivatie om onze producten snel te leren kennen.
  • Een rijbewijs B.
  • Bereidheid om af en toe in het buitenland te werken, inclusief sporadische overnachtingen.
