The Sub. Supplier management team is responsible for the subcontractor hiring, operational and administration needs to ensure service and maintenance of our customers' wind power plants in all of the markets. Together with our colleagues throughout Vestas, we handle some of the largest operational projects, for some of the most complex customers in Europe. We take pride in our collaborative and open-minded culture and to achieve our targets we offer our employees an open working environment where passion and willpower are the daily ingredients to embrace the opportunities of our exciting journey. We act as a regional partner, with the objective of making all needed activities in administration, ordering, onboarding, governance, and supporting sub-suppliers in their core business, thereby supporting the regional organization. Responsibilities: - Supporting Vestas dispatchers and subcontractors in the short and long term planning of scheduled maintenance tasks. - Onboarding subcontractor technicians and maintenance of sub-supplier system profiles - Supporting local functions in potential claims against sub-suppliers - Forecasting of Vestas subcontractor requirements and associated hiring of subcontractor companies - Compliance with local and national legislation - HSE Case handling as well as dealing with NCRs that may be raised.
