Over de rol Als Field Support Engineer werk je op verschillende klantlocaties, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het installeren, configureren en onderhouden van werkplekken, randapparatuur en mobiele devices. Je ondersteunt eindgebruikers bij technische vraagstukken, voert updates en migraties uit en zorgt dat alle IT-omgevingen soepel blijven draaien. Dit neem je mee - Een afgeronde mbo-niveau 4 of hbo-opleiding in de richting van IT - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, zoals support engineer of werkplekbeheerder - Kennis van Windows 10/11, Office 365 en Active Directory - In bezit van een rijbewijs B - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling - ITIL Foundation of bereid dit kosteloos te behalen via igen - Klaar voor de volgende stap?
