Voor een toonaangevende organisatie in Amsterdam zoeken wij een enthousiaste Field Service Engineer. In deze afwisselende functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de IT-omgeving op een dynamische locatie waar continuïteit van groot belang is. Daarom kun je rekenen op: - Een salaris tussen €2.610,- en €3.250,-, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - Leaseauto of volledige reiskostenvergoeding; - Opleidings- en certificeringsmogelijkheden op het gebied van Microsoft, Azure en ITIL; - Persoonlijke begeleiding en een opleidingsplan afgestemd op jouw ambities; - Een zelfstandige functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid; - Een betrokken organisatie waarin jij geen nummertje bent, maar een collega. - Als Field Service Engineer ben jij het gezicht van IT op locatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers zonder verstoringen kunnen werken en pakt technische problemen snel en effectief op. Dankzij jouw proactieve houding blijft de IT-omgeving optimaal functioneren. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Onderzoeken, analyseren en oplossen van IT-incidenten op locatie; - Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van werkplekken, hardware en software; - Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, autorisaties en toegangsrechten; - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan systemen en apparatuur; - Samenwerken met verschillende IT-teams en stakeholders; - Ondersteunen bij IT-projecten en verbeterinitiatieven; - Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van oplossingen om de IT-dienstverlening verder te optimaliseren....
