Als Field Support Engineer zal je een uitdagende en veelzijdige functie openemen:

  • Je zal de dealers technische ondersteunen bij alle onderhouds- en herstellingsopdrachten
  • Bij complexe storingen bezorg je technische documentatie of ga je intern op zoek naar antwoorden die je dan overbrengt naar de dealers
  • Je gaat dealers ook actief bezoeken om te ondersteunen bij implementatie van nieuwe tools en producten en voorziet de nodige opleiding voor de techniekers
  • Je brengt veel voorkomende storingen in kaart en gaat met de engineering afdeling op zoek naar oplossingen
  • Je ondersteunt de country manager naar het bieden van de beste service naar alle betrokken klanten

Jouw profiel als Field Support Engineer:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een A2 of bachelor diploma optie elektromechanica, automechanica, autotechnieken, etc. of is gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Werkervaring als technieker binnen rollend materieel, automotive of in de garagewereld is een must.
  • Je bent communicatief in het Nederlands, Frans met een basis Engels
  • Je kan flexibel ingeschakeld worden over gans België
  • Je bent ondernemend en leergierig. Je behoudt proactief voeling met de techniek
  • Je denkt mee aan verbetering inzake technische support en procedures.
