The posting

Van Hulshout tot warehouses over de hele wereld.

Bij Alphaplan maken we logistieke vloeren ultraflat. Klinkt misschien eenvoudig, tot je weet dat in moderne warehouses millimeters het verschil maken tussen veilig en efficiënt werken of niet.

Daarom ontwikkelden we in Hulshout onze eigen technologie, waaronder de FloorShaver: een volautomatische machine waarmee we industriële vloeren uiterst precies slijpen. Vandaag voeren onze teams projecten uit in meer dan 25 landen.

En misschien sta jij binnenkort mee op zo’n werf.

Wat ga je doen?

Je start als Field Technician en leert onze machines en werkwijze van binnenuit kennen. Samen met de werfleider bouw je de werf op, stel je de FloorShaver en andere installaties af, voer je controlemetingen uit en zorg je ervoor dat het werk veilig, nauwkeurig en volgens planning verloopt.

Je werkt daarbij niet op één vaste locatie. Onze klanten zitten in België én ver daarbuiten. Reizen en meerdere dagen van huis zijn hoort dus echt bij deze job.

Stap voor stap krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid. Het doel is duidelijk: doorgroeien tot werfleider en uiteindelijk zelf een Alphaplan-werf van A tot Z in handen nemen.

Wie zoeken we?

Geen persoon die gewoon uitvoert wat hem gezegd wordt. Wel iemand die:

  • technisch inzicht heeft en graag met machines werkt;
  • wil begrijpen waarom iets werkt en hoe het beter kan;
  • verantwoordelijkheid opneemt wanneer iets niet volgens plan loopt;
  • zelfstandig beslissingen leert nemen;
  • makkelijk communiceert met collega’s en klanten;
  • nauwkeurig werkt — bij ons doen millimeters ertoe;
  • graag onderweg is en bewust kiest voor een job met veel reizen.
