Fieldcoach Productie -Lommel

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Heb jij leidinggevende capaciteiten, hou je van structuur op de werkvloer en krijg je energie van het coachen van mensen in productie? Dan is deze rol als Fieldcoach Productie misschien wel jouw volgende stap.

Binnen een groeiende productieomgeving wordt het leidinggevend kader verder uitgebouwd. Om die groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een extra fieldcoach die mee het verschil wil maken op de werkvloer.

Jouw rol

Als Fieldcoach stuur je een team van ongeveer 15 medewerkers aan en ben je eindverantwoordelijke voor de productie op jouw lijn. Je combineert people management met procesopvolging en bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid én rendement.

Jij zorgt voor:

  • Een aangename en gestructureerde werksfeer (rust, duidelijkheid, motivatie)
  • Het behalen van de dagelijkse productieaantallen
  • De kwaliteit van de productie op jouw lijn
  • Onthaal, opleiding en begeleiding van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Een veilige werkvloer
  • Voorraadbeheer op de lijn
  • Het tijdig signaleren en bespreken van fouten (afkeur, voorraadproblemen, lijnstoringen, systeemissues, …)

PROFIEL Jouw profiel

Je bent een coachend leidinggevend type dat mensen weet te motiveren en richting te geven.

Verder:

  • Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring (belangrijker dan sectorervaring)
  • Je kan vlot werken met basisadministratie (computer, voorraadbeheer)
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en hebt procesinzicht
  • Je communiceert doordacht en duidelijk (wat zeg je, hoe zeg je het, en wanneer?)
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Je spreekt Nederlands én Engels
  • Ervaring in een technische of productieomgeving is een plus, geen must
