Geen vakken als Nederlands, Wiskunde en Biologie. Alleen maar focus op het technische gedeelte van het vak fietsenmaker. 8 weken fulltime naar school en dan aan het werk in Helmond. Wat ga je doen? Jij gaat in een training van 8 weken alle skills leren om als fietsenmaker aan het werk te kunnen in Helmond. Modules als: - Nieuwe fietsen rijklaar maken, - Wielen vlechten en richten, - Diagnose stellen aan e-bikes, komen voorbij. Maintec gaat jou opleiden en begeleiden tot een vakbekwaam fietsenmaker. Tijdens de opleiding heb je 90% van de tijd praktijkles en gaan wij met jou kijken waar in Helmond jij na je examen aan het werk kan. Wat kun je van ons verwachten? Onze vakkundige leermeesters Taco en Albert geven 8 weken lang fulltime les. Je wordt echt klaargestoomd om als fietsenmaker aan het werk te gaan in Helmond. Naast les, regelt Maintec: - Een mooi starters pakket om school goed te beginnen. - Een inlog bij Shimano om daar de 100+ trainingen online te volgen. - Na de opleiding een start salaris van €2730,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 38 uur. Naast de gave lessen, die vooral praktijk gericht zijn en je alleen maar aan het sleutelen bent, kan Maintec met jou meekijken naar een te gekke baan in of om Helmond. Waar ga je werken? Ga jij na de opleiding aan het werk in Helmond? Dan kom je in een winkel te werken waar de werkplaats vaak verbonden is met de winkel. Je moet het daar, naast sleutelen als fietsenmaker, ook leuk vinden om klanten te woord te staan en te helpen. Je hoeft niet gelijk vol de verkoop in. Maar het is belangrijk dat je klantvriendelijk bent. Wat verwachten wij van jou? Jij bent een fervent fietser en daardoor sleutel jij zelf ook regelmatig aan fietsen.
