In deze rol werk je dagelijks aan verschillende soorten fietsen, van e-bikes van A-merken tot stadsfietsen en bakfietsen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten altijd veilig en met plezier kunnen fietsen. Wat ga je doen? Als fietsmonteur bij Fietsvoordeelshop zorg je ervoor dat de fietsen van onze klanten altijd in topconditie zijn. Van e-bikes van A-merken tot stadsfietsen, bakfietsen en kinderfietsen - jij werkt met een breed assortiment en houdt je bezig met alle aspecten van fietsonderhoud en reparatie. Hieronder een overzicht van je belangrijkste taken: - Reparatie en onderhoud van diverse soorten fietsen: Je voert dagelijkse onderhoudsbeurten en reparaties uit aan verschillende type fietsen, inclusief complexe elektrische systemen van e-bikes. Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en zorgt dat elke fiets na jouw behandeling perfect functioneert. - Rijklaar maken van nieuwe fietsen en monteren van accessoires: Nieuwe fietsen komen bij jou voor de laatste controle en montage. Je maakt ze 100% rijklaar, monteert accessoires zoals fietstassen, kinderzitjes en speciale onderdelen volgens de wensen van de klant. - Diagnoses stellen en technische problemen oplossen: Je hebt het vermogen om snel en nauwkeurig diagnoses te stellen bij technische problemen en weet efficiënte oplossingen te bieden. Je denkt actief mee over het optimaliseren van de fietsprestaties en adviseert klanten waar nodig. - Klantcontact en advies: Af en toe heb je direct contact met klanten in de werkplaats.
