Bij ons Servicepunt in Arnhem zoeken we een Fietstechnicus die kwaliteit levert met een glimlach! Wist je dat Mantel al sinds 1938 bestaat? Wat begon als een kleine fietsenmaker in Arnhem, is nu de grootste fietsenwinkel van Nederland. Onze missie is simpel: een Mantel-fiets op iedere hoek van de straat. Dat bereiken we alleen met een peloton aan vakmensen die elke dag met plezier samenwerken. Jouw rol in het Servicepunt Als Fietstechnicus in Arnhem werk je in het kloppend hart van onze historie. Je krijgt hier te maken met een enorme diversiteit aan fietsen en klanten: van fanatieke mountainbikers die de Posbank opzoeken tot forensen op snelle e-bikes. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke reparatie perfect wordt uitgevoerd, zodat onze klanten zorgeloos en met een glimlach op pad kunnen. Dit ga je doen: - Je voert onderhoudsbeurten en reparaties uit volgens onze kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. - Je staat klanten in de werkplaats professioneel te woord en geeft helder advies over onderdelen en onderhoud. - Je helpt mee met het plannen van de reparaties en zorgt dat de werkplaats er altijd goed uitziet. - Je denkt actief mee over hoe we de service in onze werkplaats nóg beter kunnen maken. - Je registreert je reparaties nauwkeurig in het systeem. Dit breng je mee Sleutelen is jouw passie, maar het contact met de klant maakt je werkdag pas echt compleet. Je vindt het leuk om technische puzzels op te lossen en deelt je kennis graag met je teamgenoten. Je houdt van aanpakken, en bent stressbestendig. - Een diploma 'Fietstechnicus' is een grote pré, maar relevante werkervaring vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. - Je bent nauwkeurig en streeft altijd naar de hoo...
