Over Het Fietslab

Het Fietslab is één van de Leuvense pioniers op vlak van fietsmobiliteit. Voor ons is fietsen méér dan een vorm van sport- en vrijetijdsbeleving, maar een oplossing voor de duurzame mobiliteit van gezinnen en bedrijven in stedelijke omgeving. Een betere leefwereld stimuleren met fietsmobiliteit, dat is waarom we iedere dag uit ons bed (en op onze fiets) springen.

Wij zijn een team van gepassioneerde fietsers en fietstechniekers die graag hun kennis en kunde inzetten voor onze klanten en al wie zich met de fiets wil verplaatsen. Uitdagingen gaan we graag aan en evoluties volgen we op de voet.

Iedere dag zetten we ons met overgave in opdat onze klanten zorgeloos hun vervoersmiddel kunnen gebruiken. Een goede begeleiding en opvolging van hun vragen en noden is dan ook onze belangrijkste doelstelling.

We willen met Het Fietslab verder evolueren naar een hybride winkel waarbij we een volledige belevingswereld creëren, waar online en offline feilloos samen gaan en waar traditie en evolutie elkaar versterken.

Functieomschrijving

Om onze doelstellingen verder uit te breiden, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde fietstechnieker:

  • Je herstelt en voert onderhoud uit aan fietsen van onze klanten.
  • Je monteert nieuwe fietsen.
  • Je neemt herstellingen aan en levert herstelde fietsen terug af aan de klant.
  • Je zorgt mee voor orde en netheid in het atelier en de winkel.
  • Je helpt bij het verwerken van leveringen.
  • Je voorziet klanten van de correcte informatie bij het ophalen van een nieuwe fiets.

Profiel

  • Je kan zeer stipt en functioneel werken.
  • Je kan overzicht houden tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je hebt aanleg voor techniek.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig werken als in team.
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands (spreken en schrijven - zeer goed) Engels (spreken - basis)
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van fietsen, maar we tellen alle ervaringen mee.
  • Je gaat graag uitdagingen aan.
