Voor een gevestigde en groeiende speler in de fietsensector zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde fietsverkoper om het team te versterken. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar klantenservice, productkennis en passie voor fietsen centraal staan.

Jouw taken

Als fietsverkoper ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleid je hen bij hun aankoop. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Je adviseert klanten bij de aankoop van fietsen, accessoires en toebehoren.
  • Je staat in voor de verkoop en klantenbegeleiding van A tot Z.
  • Je volgt klantenbestellingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkelwanden in de verschillende filialen steeds verzorgd en aantrekkelijk gepresenteerd zijn.
  • Je helpt mee om de website en sociale media (Facebook en Instagram) up-to-date te houden.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in de verschillende filialen in Leuven, Tienen en Korbeek-Lo.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een uitstekende klantenervaring en draagt bij aan de commerciële resultaten van de winkels.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een goede theoretische technische kennis van fietsen.
  • Je kent verschillende fietsonderdelen en componenten, bijvoorbeeld de verschillende Shimano racegroepen.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en krijgt energie van klanten adviseren en verkopen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en professioneel.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om op verschillende locaties te werken.
  • Eigen vervoer is noodzakelijk, aangezien je afwisselend in meerdere filialen tewerkgesteld wordt.
  • Ervaring in de fietsensector of in een gelijkaardige commerciële functie is een sterke troef.
