Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de mobiliteitssector zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste medewerker die klanten begeleidt bij hun fietsaankoop en mee instaat voor de dagelijkse werking van de winkel.

Als Fietsverkoper / Winkelverantwoordelijke ben jij het gezicht van de winkel. Je helpt klanten bij het vinden van hun ideale fiets, van sportieve racefietsen en mountainbikes tot elektrische fietsen voor dagelijks gebruik.

Je takenpakket

  • Klanten adviseren en begeleiden bij de aankoop van fietsen, accessoires en fietskledij.
  • Offertes opmaken, verkoopdossiers opvolgen en zorgen voor een uitstekende klantenservice.
  • Het assortiment beheren en instaan voor de aankoop en bestellingen van fietsen, onderdelen en accessoires.
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en verschillende fietsmerken.
  • De voorraad opvolgen, stockcontroles uitvoeren en leveringen verwerken.
  • Zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke, verzorgde en commercieel ingerichte winkel.
  • Actief meedenken over promoties, commerciële acties en verkoopmogelijkheden.
  • De dagelijkse winkelwerking coördineren en de bijhorende administratie verzorgen.
  • Samenwerken met de fietstechniekers om ervoor te zorgen dat iedere fiets correct wordt voorbereid en afgeleverd.
  • Een sterke passie voor fietsen, fietstechnologie en mobiliteit.
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid en plezier halen uit het adviseren en begeleiden van klanten.
  • Klantvriendelijk, sociaal en communicatief sterk.
  • Ondernemende ingesteldheid en bereid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Vlot kunnen schakelen tussen verkoop, voorraadbeheer en dagelijkse winkelorganisatie.
  • Gemotiveerd om productkennis verder uit te bouwen en bij te blijven met nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen de fietssector.
