The posting

Onze klant is een expert in technisch onderhoud. Zij willen hun klanten ontzorgen op de best mogelijke kwalitatieve manier, met goede techniekers, vlotte service en een veilige werking. 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen op 7. Zowel bij predictief, preventief als curatief mechanisch onderhoud staan zij garant voor creatieve en vooruitstrevende oplossingen. Onderhoud kan eenmalig plaatsvinden, maar ook op regelmatige basis. Desgewenst werken hun medewerkers gedurende een langere periode bij de klant.

Jobomschrijving

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het uitvoeren van het mechanisch onderhoud aan industriële installaties
  • De controlerondes en testrondes zodat de productiemachines blijven draaien
  • Het vervangen, herstellen, testen en afregelen van mechanische stukken en onderdelen zoals motoren, tandwielkasten, dichtingen, lagers, pompen, motoren, boutverbindingen,..
  • De revisie van de nodige onderdelen (pompen, motoren, transportbanden, lagers, dichtingen,...)
  • Demontage/montage en herstellen van constructies

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een A2 diploma elektromechanica, mechanica en/of ervaring als mekanieker in een industriële productieomgeving
  • Je hebt ervaring in het herkennen van mechanische problemen en kan de juiste oplossing toepassen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en je hebt een hands -onmentaliteit
  • Je bent een teamplayer, klantvriendelijk en hebt een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn voor jou van belang
