In deze rol als Filiaal manager in Drachten draag je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen op de vestiging. Van het motiveren van je team tot het beheren van administratie en kasstromen: jij houdt het overzicht en stuurt strak op commerciële doelstellingen. Je bent een echte aanpakker met leidinggevend talent en een commerciële drive. Samenwerken met de buitendienst om de omzet te verhogen is jou op het lijf geschreven. Je bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken op de werkvloer en bouwt met je communicatieve vaardigheden sterke klantrelaties op. Technische kennis van bouwverven en coatings is een pré, maar via vakgerichte cursussen brengen we je snel up-to-speed. Je gaat aan de slag bij de specialist en onafhankelijke groothandel voor de vakman. Met een uitgebreid netwerk van filialen biedt het bedrijf persoonlijke service en een totaalassortiment aan professionals. Binnen deze groeiende organisatie staan korte lijnen, betrokkenheid en flexibiliteit centraal.
