The posting

Onze klant is op zoek naar een gedreven Filiaal Teamleader die de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal in goede banen leidt en mee zorgt voor een optimale klantenbeleving.

In deze rol combineert de kandidaat operationele en commerciële verantwoordelijkheden met een coachende functie binnen het team. Hij of zij ondersteunt de verantwoordelijke manager bij het begeleiden en motiveren van de medewerkers en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen de verschillende verkoopfuncties binnen het filiaal.

Zo ziet je job eruit:

  • Naast je functie als Medewerker Commerciële Binnendienst HVAC ondersteun je de Sector Manager bij het begeleiden en coachen van de filiaalmedewerkers.
  • Je coördineert de samenwerking tussen de verschillende verkoopfuncties van het filiaal.
  • Je beheert zelfstandig je filiaal met respect voor onze bedrijfsfilosofie.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op en zorgt voor een optimale klantenservice om zo de verkoopdoelstellingen van het filiaal te behalen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en klachten en komt snel met een oplossing.
  • Als een goede huisvader/-moeder waak je over de veiligheid, orde en netheid in je filiaal.

Voor deze functie zoekt onze klant een kandidaat met een diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

De ideale kandidaat beschikt over een technische achtergrond binnen één of meerdere van volgende domeinen: HVAC, sanitair, ventilatie en airco, hernieuwbare energie, bouw, koeling of centrale verwarming. Daarnaast kan hij of zij terugblikken op minstens drie jaar ervaring binnen een verkoopfunctie. Leidinggevende ervaring is een sterke plus.

Verder herkent de kandidaat zich in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands.
  • Goede kennis van gangbare pc-toepassingen en affiniteit met ERP-systemen.
  • Vermogen om medewerkers te motiveren en een positieve teamsfeer te creëren.
  • Sterke leiderschaps- en coaching vaardigheden.
  • Commerciële en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Uitstekend organisatievermogen en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Bereidheid om operationeel mee te werken waar nodig.
