Voor een moderne winkel in slaapcomfort te Kampenhout zoeken we een gedreven filiaalhouder die met enthousiasme de leiding neemt over het team én de winkelresultaten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor het dagelijks reilen en zeilen van de winkel.
  • Je coacht en motiveert je team om samen de verkoopdoelen te behalen.
  • Je zorgt voor een inspirerende winkelervaring voor elke klant: professioneel, persoonlijk en klantgericht.
  • Je volgt de administratie, voorraad en planning op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je werkt actief mee in de winkel, geeft advies en denkt mee met de klant.
  • Je analyseert resultaten en bedenkt commerciële acties om de winkel naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in retail en bij voorkeur ook in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, houdt van verkopen én mensen begeleiden.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en weet anderen te enthousiasmeren.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en bent flexibel inzetbaar (ook tijdens weekends).
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Frans is een pluspunt.
