Konvert Interim is voor een gevestigde waarde binnen de HVACsector, op zoek naar een Filiaalverantwoordelijke voor het filiaal in Wijnegem.

Als centraal aanspreekpunt van het filiaal ontvang je klanten met de glimlach en help je hen verder met professioneel advies. Samen met de accountmanagers en de filiaalmedewerkers stimuleer je de verkoop en bouw je mee aan het succes van het filiaal.

Je beheert het filiaal van A tot Z, ondersteunt klanten met technische vragen over HVAC producten en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging. Deze afwisselende functie combineert klantcontact, technische ondersteuning, verkoop en administratie tot een uitdagende en boeiende job.

Jouw takenpakket omvat:

  • Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen en hen technisch adviseren over HVAC producten. (verwarming, ventilatie & sanitair)
  • Vragen beantwoorden in het filiaal, per mail of telefonisch.
  • Administratieve verwerking van verkopen en klaarzetten van bestellingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak van offertes.
  • Mee bouwen aan de commerciële groei van het filiaal in samenwerking met collega's, sales en marketing.
  • Zorg dragen voor een ordelijk, overzichtelijk en net filiaal.
  • Goederen ontvangen, uitpakken en op de juiste locatie stockeren in het magazijn.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en krijgt energie van het streven naar verkooptargets.
  • Je hebt een technische bagage of technische affiniteit.
  • Je bent communicatief en weet onze professionele installateurs de juiste service aan te bieden.
  • Je bent hands on en deinst er niet voor terug om mee de handen uit de mouwen te steken waar nodig.
